Why are we doing this?
Jesus didn't sit around in churches waiting for people to come to Him, He got out there and went to find them. He wanted to get to know everybody, wherever they were at in their daily lives. So like him, we want to get out and meet you. The aim of Hope 08 is to show God's love through acts of kindness and we thought giving away free water and lollies was just what people need after a hot night in the club.
Also, we realise that some people are vulnerable leaving the club, and so we want to be there as a friendly face to help out anyone in a tricky situation.
